Default Tortoise and Hare Question

What do you use for the ballroom aerobic segments that use a very low platform? In the videos Tracey and Susan used the top of a stackable round step that looked almost like a garbage can. I remember that they were going to be available for us Firm Believers to buy but the plan fell through. What would make a good substitute? The STEP platform is the right height but is too long. Any ideas?

Hi there!!
Thanks, Ginger! My son usually sits on that and watches TV when I am not using the step for exercise. Maybe I will try it today, if I can get myself motivated to do 2 ab segments.

This was years ago, but I found a little blue step at Target for the kiddos to use so I could have my step back! It was perfect for them to use by the sink too.

I use the purple section of the fanny lifter. You could also use your step, just turn it vertically instead of horizontally.
