Default Calorie Burn

Did the Firm ever give a estimated calorie burn from any of their workouts? I'm trying to keep track of what I eat and how much I work off. I'm going through the six original classics, and I'm guessing I burn about 200+ calories from these workouts, but I'd really like to know for sure.

Smile Re: Calorie Burn

Hi!
I have an old pamphlet (late '80's?) from The Firm that answers that, & much more. So, for calories burned, here's what it says: "As with all exercise, caloric expenditure depends on the duration and intensity of the activity, as well as on the motivation of the exerciser. Typically, using medium to heavy weights for one hour of FIRM aerobic weight training, you may burn between 300 and 400 calories."
Hope this helps!

I feel like I work out a very high intensity and most days I can get through it using heavy weights (I'm soaked with sweat even on cooler days).

Thanks! I use My Fitness Pal to track calories and exercise and didn't see anything like The Firm listed.
