Default "Breaking" Wrists

This is another tip that made all the difference for me, when in one of the Anna FIRMs the instructor says to "break" the wrists while lifting straight up to work the shoulder muscles, or to the side to work them. I really felt the difference after I didn't hold my hands straight out from my wrists on those moves, but just a little -- not much -- angled down. Anyone else find that tip helpful?

I found it helpful and think of it every single time I do shoulder work.

Lori, cool beans! It's amazing how those little tweaks can make a difference, isn't it?
