Have lots of exercise and cut off carbohydrates in the diet.

Don't forget water! I have heard both good and bad things in regard to FUACATA, glad it worked for you. Also, take a good cleanse before staring workout rotation. That seems to help as well. Add just a little bit more protein as well.
