Thumbs up G-Force 2 with Carol Britton

I recently got this and I used it four times this week. This workout is so much fun! Carol did an amazing job, the music is great, and it's a great calorie burner.

I never really liked rebounder workouts, I preferred to just hop on and run to some fast music. I have really changed my mind thanks to G-Force 2. Fun way to get the heart rate up high and a good cardio workout.

This has made my top-5 favorite list!

Just makes me happy!
