Default Anybody Good at those darn Bootcamp moves?

They are kicking my butt right now, especially in Kimberly's new workouts and Steamin Cardio. I am trying to keep them slow and controlled but gosh they are tough for me. Those of you that can do these well....how did you work up to them?

I modify the bootcamp moves. I have a bad left knee and I'm not interested in doing it the way they instructors do it.

The bootcamps are in Steamin Cardio. Kimberly Spreen also does them in her workouts and Cathe is fond of them too from what I remember(haven't been doing her workouts as much lately. Kimberly really intensifies the move by doing them with your hands on a medicine ball-great for the core but geez are the TOUGH!!!

I've never done a medicine ball work out but I do look forward to it. I want to work with the weighted bars also. I know i could use my barbell but the weighted bars are so pretty. lol.
