Default need modification

Hi, I'm old and need a modification to the hand stand segment in Steamin Cardio. Can you help? Lori

Hi Lori
Sometimes I just do squats through that segment or skip it as it is not that long. Maybe you could do some military presses if you want to work your shoulders.

Anna is suggesting you "place hands on top of step, and lift the heels and press into the balls of the feet, instead of jumping."
