Did "Lean" for the first time today - I believe, with time, it will become one of my faves. I'm definitely going to make my movements bigger on the cardio sections and "heavy up" on the weight sections. Keli is a great instructor - looks like she's enjoying herself in the video!

I'm feeling good again! Oh my goodness, I feel refreshed yet VERY worked out! I'm amazed, yet I should expect this great stuff from BBH. Keli Roberts is great.

Internally I feel the improvements, I know the external proof is right around the corner. yahoo!

Vennitta I'm right behind you.

I loved it too. especially the cardio bits.

what I love about these workouts is they are all so different from each other.

no repeating, really lots of variety, with no room for boredom.

what's so wonderful about them also, is they seem just to know the right amount of rep's before I just can't go anymore. I've noticed how each instructor not only cues wonderfully, but they each have their own-style about giving you proper form & technique & what the moves are doing for your body. They are a great bunch, & I love how they each make it their own "personal" video.

I'm having such a great time working thru my rotation. I adore these workouts.

don't you all just love those Olympian statues with the flames?

Funny that you would mention the set, I was looking at the set, hypnotised by the flames thinking how beautiful the new set is, big kudos to Mark!

I just did Lean for the second time, also. I have to agree - camera focus on Tamela is over the top... I also agree with Jen - I am 57 and have done Firm workouts since the stone age, but now have knee and lower back problems - modification is my middle name. I really worked up a good sweat this time - upped my weights; worked on focus. All in all, I liked the workout.

I just did Lean for the first time today. I haven't gotten through all 6 of the fitprimes yet but so far I like them. I really like Keli Roberts. She really makes me feel like I can do this. This workout gets 2 thumbs up for me.

Does or did anyone have a problem with this DVD skipping? This is the first one I've tried and it skipped often.

I haven't read about any skipping problems. Send an email to customerservice@whfn.com, and I'm sure they can help you.

I've been lurking for a while --- finally got the DVDs and started the rotation last week. So far I've done Metaboost and Flex Posture, which I liked a lot, and yesterday I did Lean, which overall I liked except that I absolutely could not stand Tamela's mannerisms in this workout. I felt like everytime they showed her (which is a lot) she was making some highly exagerrated facial expression and/or wiggling her body around in a way that bore no relationship to actual exercise. I found it distracting. I liked Tamela fine in Flex Posture, and she didn't bother me much in previous videos (I think it was Cardio Burn, but maybe not), but I'm really annoyed about Lean. I like Keli a lot, and I think the choreography is good, but the constant focus on Tamela's drama-queen antics spoils the workout for me.
