Smile Working ON......

this week....the long awaited The FIRMology project! So far I have 20 Questions and Form Points. The rest will be a surpise!

The second is re-leasing 'live classes' from Anna's FitPrime vacation as well as a Class taught at First Presbyterian Church.

3 sets of workouts:
-Anna's 20 Min from FARM w/dog! hilarrrouuus!
-Vaccy, Live workouts
-Live class workouts from 1St Pres (I think)

My idea is to have alllll these workouts on multi DVD set. Perhaps call it Annaology? Working Out with Anna? Anna and FitPrime Friends? FitPriming....Anna's Way? FitPriming with Anna?

Any suggestions? Ideas?

also.....hard drive should arrive next week. Then I can start on Pilates workout, which IS NOT a typical finished project. Instead it is the rehearsal DVD...so pretend you are re-hearsing for a FIRM workout!

Also, working on The FIRM Power Cardio w/Dale and possible, The FIRM Basics: Fat Burning w/Jen C. and Stacey. Will keep ya posted!!!

Also working on re-leasing Anna's 'Live' Workout at First Presbyterian Church in Columbia,SC! This would be considered 'immediate to advanced'! Props needed, weights, med ball, dowel, mat, tall step, The Wedge (or slanted risers, the original Transfirmer).

Med ball warm-up, hover squat stretch, yoga, pilates, lower body work (ie leg presses, plie squats, etc), upper body work (lats, bics, tris,). Anna emphasis the non-dominate training training. Because this workout is in a church, Anna does quote scripture. Ephesians 4:3-6 at the end of this workout.

This is a 'live' workout but Anna is truly happy teaching her method! I think you will enjoy this workout.

I ordered Aerobic Butt Busters and 12 min Time Crunch Cardio on 1/15/13 and havent recvd them yet. Do you have an ETA? My order# 205700272.
