Post Receipe: Chicken, Spinach, Egg Noodles

Baked Chicken with Noodles
(feeds 4)
-1/2 package of 8oz multi-grain egg noodles -boil as directed (I add teaspoon of olive oil)
-chicken thighs (I had Kroger's Organic Chicken, 8 to a pack)
-1 bag of spinach (rinse)
-Kroger's Private Label Spinach and Artichoke dip
-1/3 or so of mushrooms optional.
-sharp cheddar cheese optional.
1. Rinse & dry chicken, season with garlic salt, and pepper
2. Spray roasting pan.
3. Add rinsed & dried spinach to pan. Place season chicken on top.
4. Cook at 375 for approx. 30-40 mins. Add 1/3 of water if need be so spinach does not stick.
5. Add dip, after chicken is cooked. Optional sharp cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
6. Boil noodles.
Serve: Noodles, with chicken/spinach mixture on top. Delish!
